Tironui is a unique location sitting on a plateau above Lake Rotorua, it has commanding views over the Lake and Rotorua city also the surrounding Farmland.

ENJOYING THE FARM: The tracks on the farm are generally in reasonable condition depending on cattle movement around the property. Cycling may be more difficult when they are bumpy of course. There is always the private R.O.W to cycle up and down (1.3 km long).
Walking would be a more desired way to see and observe the beauty of the landscape. There is a lovely stand of old Rimu trees to visit and amazing birdlife, we have kereru, tui, quail, pheasants and other smaller species living in the native bush.
The carpark has views all around as well with farmland, city night lights, and of course, the Lake.
Tironui is a small sheep and beef holding so baby animals calves and lambs are seasonal and sometimes lamb feeding /chicken feeding could be available.

Ngongotaha Village (5 minute drive) has a good supermarket, with most things you would need. There is also a very nice cafe at the village, Cafe Dynasti open from 7.00am to 4.00pm for breakfasts and lunch.
Skyline Gondolas (15 minute drive) provide a wonderful buffet evening meal, or Rotorua city itself (20 minute drive) has many superb eating spots.

A unique spot to park your motorhome/caravan ,and wake up to the stunning views over the lake and feel part of the country life, with sheep and cattle grazing in the nearby paddocks.

Lighting is available over the carpark or darkness if you wish,,with one end of the carpark with shade and wind protection the other more open. The toilet area is located adjacent to carpark and easily accessed.
The setting in which you park is located in a landscaped garden.
This is next to our wedding venue which has toilets available to use. There is no shower facilities.
Also, water and power could to accessed from the Venue.

My husband and myself have been farm and nature lovers forever. We have enjoyed working with animals over the years and recently sized down from larger farming scale to our home block in Ngongotaha.
This has given me the opportunity to have more time to setup a wedding venue and now introduce more visitors to our unique spot we have here.
I love the joy on peoples faces when they see the amazing view and see how close ,but how far away Tironui feels from the busy city and road noise.

Answer: Morning Tim We have rules in place regarding dogs .They must be dosed before coming on site,be kept on a Leash at all times and all dog poo must be picked up and removed from property
